Hi, I'm Megan Miles

🟊 Specialist Wellness Counsellor

Acknowledging that the challenges you are facing are affecting your well-being is a big step and reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. It's something that I, and so many others have gone through. My journey to becoming a counsellor was driven by a belief that we all have an incredible capacity for growth and healing, and the potential to make the positive change we desire in our lives. With counselling we can better understand our emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and work towards positive change.

As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor I employ a person-centred approach which is tailored to suit individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement and to work with you as you build resilience and develop a deeper sense of self.

Before becoming a counsellor I worked with special needs children, witnessing first-hand the power of connection, communication and positive regard.

Why Wellness Counselling?
